The Account Manager II - Inside at Lumen is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth within small to medium-sized customer accounts. This position emphasizes the importance of building long-term, consultative relationships with clients, leveraging technology to facilitate sales processes rather than traditional in-person interactions. The Account Manager II will be tasked with deepening and expanding the relationship between Lumen and its named accounts, ensuring that revenue is maximized while minimizing account churn. Additionally, the Account Manager II will maintain accurate and relevant customer information, which includes updating sales funnel activity, opportunity updates, and the maintenance of monthly goals, customer proposals, and contracts.
