About the position

As an Account Manager II within PNC's Treasury Management Real Estate organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact for treasury management services. This role requires a strong background in Treasury Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively throughout the client lifecycle. You will work independently to prioritize tasks and ensure exceptional client experiences while managing risks associated with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships.
  • Provide sales or consultative support to clients and serve as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units.
  • Participate in pricing and resource discussions and in developing the scope of service provided to existing and potential clients.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client matters and help identify new servicing opportunities.
  • Negotiate servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients, including contract modifications.
  • Participate in the analysis, assessment, and documentation of client requirements.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and identify customization needs.
  • Manage processes outlined in the contract and partner to resolve challenges regarding implementation and production issues.
  • Serve as an escalation point for high severity requests or issues.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of Treasury Management Client Servicing experience.
  • Knowledge of wires, ACH, and lockbox.
  • Implementation experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
