About the position

The Account Manager - Individual Contributor role focuses on managing and expanding business opportunities within existing accounts. The position requires building strong relationships with customer contacts, overseeing commercial aspects such as revenue and margins, and identifying gaps in service delivery to propose enhanced offerings.

Responsibilities

• Create a funnel of new business opportunities from current accounts by showcasing HCL's end-to-end service capabilities.
• Maintain and sustain relationships with customer contacts.
• Oversee commercial aspects including revenue, margins, and receivables for current accounts.
• Proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business cases for enhanced service offerings.
• Track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.

Requirements

• Masters in Business Administration
• 4.5-8 years of experience in account management or related fields.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in data science and advanced analytics, particularly with R Language.
