About the position

The Account Manager - Industrial Sales Representative at Snap-on Inc. is responsible for selling directly to industrial corporations, leveraging Snap-on's extensive product offerings to develop tailored solutions for business partners. This role involves building and enhancing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and presenting solutions effectively. Responsibilities

  • Work intently with business partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
  • Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
  • Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
  • Review customer activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager to strategize sales growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth.
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
