About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Aurora, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and sales, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with both B2B and E-commerce customers, acting as a liaison between customers, transportation, and order processing. This position is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders from stores, entering orders into our system, and cultivating loyal customers to retain business from incoming calls and emails. You will also be tasked with managing E-commerce sales, which requires a keen understanding of online sales strategies and customer engagement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the food industry, and will be adept at upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, offering a competitive salary of $50,000 per year. The role is based in-person in Aurora, IL, and requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
