The Account Manager, Inside Sales at Howmet Aerospace is responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with current and potential accounts. The Account Manager will develop and maintain positive customer relations, demonstrating depth of relationships across the organizational structure at key accounts. The position also involves leading customer visits and meetings, preparing clear agenda items, and presenting a positive impression of the company to customers and external visitors. The Account Manager will track customer milestones, identify and drive improvements in sales processes, and negotiate discounts with customers. Additionally, the role requires maintaining export licensing with international customers and proactively responding to customer inquiries regarding order status. The Account Manager will also be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of orders and the commercial contract review process, ensuring all documentation is generated appropriately to launch products on time.
