As an Account Manager (Inside Sales Professional) at ProSource, you will play a crucial role in helping trade professionals and their clients successfully complete projects. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring they view ProSource as their primary source for flooring, cabinets, and other interior finishes. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, exceptional customer service, and continuous learning about industry trends and products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients.
  • Proactively reach out to trade pros not currently doing business with ProSource to help them understand the benefits of membership.
  • Ask questions to understand members' or prospects' business goals and current projects to provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for trade pros and their clients.
  • Stay informed about industry products, home remodeling trends, and news through training opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with information about members and prospects.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to build strong partnerships.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the job.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General understanding of technology and the internet, including mobile devices and apps
