Beemac Logistics is seeking a dynamic and competitive Account Manager for Inside Sales to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will have the chance to build your own book of business and establish meaningful relationships within the transportation logistics industry. This role allows for cash bonuses and the possibility of advancement to a Vice President position, with work-from-home days available after achieving sales goals and KPIs benchmarks. In this role, you will act as a business owner and customer service specialist, serving as the single point of contact for all customer needs. Your success will depend on your ability to utilize expert communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers. You will partner with sales leadership to develop innovative strategies for prospecting new business, leveraging your personality and positive energy to impact your working environment. The fast-paced nature of this position requires effective time management skills to organize your day and minimize distractions. A successful Account Manager is inquisitive, a quick learner, and pays attention to detail, with a relentless drive to grow their book of business continually. Your day-to-day functions will include calling existing customers to increase sales through Partnership Selling, prospecting new business, and forging new relationships daily. You will work closely with operations to build and track loads, negotiate rates with carrier partners and valued clients, and utilize various forms of communication, including telephone, email, and instant messaging, to support your efforts.

Requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Mid-level experience
  • Certified Scrum Master certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong independent and teamwork skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong moral and ethical compass
