About the position

ProSource Wholesale is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager (Inside Sales Professional) to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role is pivotal in helping our trade pro members and their customers successfully complete their projects. As an Account Manager, you will not only be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing Trade Pro Members but also for proactively reaching out to potential members who are not currently utilizing ProSource's services. Your ability to connect with these professionals and understand their business needs will be crucial in positioning ProSource as their primary source for flooring and cabinets. In this position, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently. This involves being curious and asking insightful questions to understand your members' growth goals and current projects. By doing so, you will be able to provide tailored solutions that differentiate ProSource from competitors. You will also have the opportunity to learn about industry products, key home remodeling trends, and news through extensive training opportunities, including both online and classroom settings. Maintaining and updating our CRM system with relevant information about your members and prospects will be part of your daily responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients.
  • Proactively reach out to trade pros not currently doing business with ProSource.
  • Understand members' or prospects' business, growth goals, and current projects to provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently for trade pros and their clients.
  • Stay informed about industry products, home remodeling trends, and news through training opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with information about members and prospects.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to build strong partnerships.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy your job.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • General understanding of technology and the internet.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in flooring or kitchen & bath sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
