Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients.
• Proactively reach out to trade pros not currently doing business with ProSource to explain the benefits of membership.
• Develop a working knowledge of members' or prospects' business, growth goals, and current projects to provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience for trade pros and their clients.
• Stay updated on industry products, home remodeling trends, and news through training opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with information about members and prospects.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to enhance customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of face-to-face product sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General understanding of technology and the internet.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in wholesale sales or kitchen and bath products.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and apps.
