About the position

The Account Manager, Inside Sales role at CommScope involves working closely with field sales teams to drive business growth for RUCKUS solutions. This position focuses on engaging with partners and customers through telephone sales and in-field visits, ensuring effective communication and project management to meet customer expectations and enhance sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities.
  • Qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem.
  • Utilize internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support.
  • Apply CRM for managing business opportunities and account planning.
  • Champion the implementation of the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
  • Identify new opportunities and creative solutions for positioning RUCKUS as the lead solution.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by external tools.
  • Conduct call out campaigns and cold calling to potential clients.
  • Overcome objections from prospective customers.
  • Research and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Craft and deliver qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow the database using D365 and SFDC.
  • Ensure follow-up with calls to action and complete profiles of information.
  • Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor's degree, equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner meetings.
