ProSource Wholesale is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager (Inside Sales Professional) to join our team in Bothell, WA. This role is pivotal in helping our trade pro members and their customers successfully complete their projects. As an Account Manager, you will not only be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our current Trade Pro Members but also for proactively reaching out to potential members who are not yet utilizing ProSource's services. Your primary goal will be to demonstrate how ProSource can become a valuable partner in their business growth through our membership offerings. In this position, you will engage with trade professionals to understand their business needs, growth goals, and current projects. By asking insightful questions, you will be able to provide tailored solutions that set ProSource apart from the competition. You will also be responsible for servicing member accounts to ensure profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes assisting with showroom promotions and events, as well as maintaining and updating our CRM system with relevant information about your members and prospects.
