Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Identify potential clients and market segments through thorough market research and analysis of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge and effective cold calling techniques.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events and utilizing online platforms.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely placement of qualified IT professionals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to the company.
  • Track and report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and generating significant sales revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends and key industry players.
  • Strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
