Responsibilities

  • Meet with established clients and new potential clients to sell staffing services.
  • Manage existing client relationships and contracts.
  • Develop new business opportunities through various outreach methods.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to deliver outstanding candidates to clients.
  • Utilize networking events, social media, and other touch points to generate client meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with various levels of client management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the staffing field (any industry) in an outside selling role.
  • Experience in making phone calls, sending emails, and networking to generate client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Interest in technology and confidence in speaking to IT leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior IT staffing experience is preferred but not required.
