About the position

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B clients, particularly in the high-performance film manufacturing sector. This role involves engaging with clients from the initial contact, managing communications throughout the sales process, and providing ongoing support after project initiation. The position requires effective communication with engineers at major tech companies and the ability to convey valuable information between the USA and Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and build relationships with clients from the initial contact.
  • Manage communications and gather/share information during the sales process.
  • Provide daily follow-up and support after project initiation.
  • Understand client needs and work to solve their challenges and expand business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Japanese at a business level.
  • More than 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers at Big-Tech companies.
  • Capability to obtain accurate and valuable information from clients.
  • Ability to convey valuable information obtained in the USA to the headquarters in Japan.
