About the position

The Account Manager at ZOLL Itamar is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders in relation to the company's medical devices and services. This role involves supporting the Region Business Director, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. The Account Manager acts as a liaison between clients and the company, delivering training, addressing concerns, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a direct liaison between the Region Business Director and the customer, delivering key strategic messages.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs.
  • Deliver customer training and effectively transfer knowledge to enable healthcare workers to use the WatchPAT, EndoPAT, CloudPAT, and zzzPAT effectively and independently.
  • Execute on key technology and training strategies, including the successful rollout of new products.
  • Execute on sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish professional working relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers to support the use of the company's products.
  • Develop and deliver a targeted sales message based on accurate clinical information and approved marketing materials.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and discuss how Itamar Medical's products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate potential customer product evaluations and demonstrations.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints with urgency, developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
  • Assist in giving clinical presentations and provide support at trade shows, seminars, and outside symposiums.
  • Communicate daily with Itamar colleagues about new developments in the marketplace and update the Region Business Director on productivity and issues.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Cardiovascular, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
  • Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years' work experience in medical device or related field; Cardiovascular or Pharma preferred.
  • Hospital/clinic-based support preferred.
  • Successful proven track record in providing clinical and relationship management support to physicians and staff.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Exceptional communication skills to keep Itamar personnel and customers updated.
  • Familiarity with clinical reimbursement and managed care policies and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Ability to make good business judgments and decisions regarding efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Four years minimum of CRM or SalesForce experience.
  • Above average proficiency in MS Office.
