This involves working directly with Panasonic software sales partners, Regional Sales Managers, customers, and prospects. The focus will be on solution selling, collaborating with various Panasonic teams such as Pre-sales, Machine Sales, Digital Solution Centers, Partnerships, and Post-sales to enhance deal strength. The Account Manager will prepare sales proposal decks and present them to both internal and external customers, ensuring a deep understanding of customer business requirements and pain points to effectively position the appropriate software functionality and drive sales to closure. The role also requires the development of effective relationships with key customer contacts to create demand that aligns with their business initiatives, leading to upsell opportunities. The Account Manager will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, presenting accurate forecasts, and leading the software sales process while supporting colleagues in delivering solutions until project closure. Participation in trade shows and industry associations is also expected, along with a commitment to self-development in areas such as interpersonal communications, negotiations, account management, and continuous improvement.
