You help develop and oversee the strategic direction for multiple clients-ultimately leading the execution and management of their strategic growth and integrated marketing plans. You are not looking for a sales role, but an opportunity to dedicate your focus to servicing current clients and helping them achieve their goals. You believe in being the best part of their day. You are comfortable with the traditional day-to-day responsibilities of Marketing Account Management but you bring something more. You have a natural curiosity and are motivated by delivering excellent results time and time again. You are an advisor and partner to senior-level clients and have developed a keen ability for managing multiple projects (and personalities) at once. You are the in-house client expert and provide the direction and insights to help client creative teams deliver their best work. You have a lot to offer and are excited to shape a growing agency. What are we looking for you to do? Establish and cultivate strong relationships with 6-8 clients from various industries and develop a trusted consultant relationship with client stakeholders, including C-Suite executives. Facilitate growth planning/goal setting and manage expectations, objectives, and timelines. Create, present and manage annual client budgets. Direct the brand foundation, technology infrastructure, campaign, and content planning to meet the client's business goals. Lead the development of project briefs and assignments through the agency process—gather information and monitor closely to ensure execution of projects are on strategy, on time, and on budget. Develop essential KPIs and the reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns. Advise clients on digital strategy and tactics (digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM integrations, etc.) Align marketing strategies and tactics with the client's sales processes, and demonstrate an understanding of sales strategies and best practices. Maintain project data in the Red Caffeine project management system hubs. Open jobs, create estimates & budget trackers, manage invoicing, ensure billing is timely, and closes jobs. Manage allocation & onboarding across internal team members and external partner networks to ensure appropriate staffing and client knowledge. Lead cross-functional teams spanning agency partners, MarTech partners, and internal/freelance resources in the delivery of annual marketing plans, lead generation campaigns, experiential marketing, and advertising. Serve as a day-to-day project manager across the agency to ensure communication between team members and on-time/on-budget delivery of work. Partner with other Red Caffeine badass Account Managers to deliver on the vision of Exceptional Client Experiences. Participate in department meetings & work sessions. Are you the following? Strong Communicator - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, well-developed problem-solving skills, and a fine eye for detail. A confident and seasoned presenter who knows how to command a room. Autonomous - Works well with a team but also is successful running solo. Flexible and Adaptive - There will be some components of your role that are more routine, but other elements may be less scripted. We need you to be prepared to run with both kinds of tasks. The ideal candidate has been a Marketing Account Manager at a mid-market company or has 5-8 years of relatable agency or marketing department experience. B2B and/or manufacturing experience preferred, as well as experience managing website development projects. Four-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. Digital Literacy - must be very comfortable using and learning multiple new technologies. Proficient in business software skills related to agency daily functions. Experience with Microsoft and Google suite of products with above-average skills in Excel/Sheets. Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CMS systems and marketing automation platforms.
