The Account Manager (Marketing Representative) at Central Florida Behavioral Hospital is responsible for representing the facility to the community and potential referral sources. This role involves implementing marketing strategies, identifying referral sources, and facilitating communication between these sources and the hospital. The position requires a strong understanding of the target market and the needs of referral sources, along with the ability to coordinate meetings and clinical team calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan.
• Identify viable referral sources/payers within target markets and determine access methods.
• Facilitate communication between referral sources and Central Florida Behavioral Hospital regarding admissions.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of target markets and the needs of referral sources.
• Coordinate meetings and clinical team calls with referral sources and facility staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, a related business field, or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
• Two (2) years in Marketing/Sales required, preferably in the Medical/Psychiatric field.
• Ability to work independently and develop creative marketing strategies.
• Willingness to work irregular and long hours occasionally.
• Extensive travel required.
