About the position

The Account Manager, Marketing Services position at Deluxe Media involves managing both internal and external support for the localization of trailers and other AV marketing materials. This role requires collaboration with theatrical clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. The successful candidate will oversee projects through various stages of the localization workflow, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect order information from clients via Smartsheet, Excel, over the phone and via email.
• Support external stakeholders within the studio.
• Create and maintain internal projects and work orders.
• Submit forecasting information relating to the account each week.
• Create POs where required.
• Collaborate with internal operational stakeholders.
• Keep apprised of industry developments, new technology and workflows.
• Help troubleshoot project/content related internal/external queries.
• Create ad hoc reports where required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the entertainment industry; traditional post-production background helpful.
• Experience with workflows in multiple locations across multiple time zones.
• Highly organized and able to work independently within own process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, order processing, project management, and database software.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in subtitling, dubbing, graphic localization/design, content mastering and fulfillment.
• Ability to learn and process information quickly.
• Positive, service-oriented personality.
