About the position

The Account Manager at FlipCo Financial plays a crucial role in the mortgage and lending industry by managing client relationships and facilitating the loan application process. This position involves direct communication with borrowers, ensuring they are guided and educated throughout the transaction, from application to funding. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive client information while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with borrowers throughout the closing process, from loan application to funding.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, educating and guiding them through the loan application process.
  • Conduct initial underwriting and evaluation of investment properties for underwriting review.
  • Collect confidential data from clients, including financial statements, applications, and personal business documents.
  • Attend networking events and socialize one-on-one with potential clients.
  • Utilize social media marketing to engage with clients and promote services.
  • Manage the loan pipeline using cloud-based CRM software.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior related work experience or training.
  • Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in Office Suite and cloud-based CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Nice-to-haves

  • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) preferred but not required.
  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas preferred but not required.
