About the position

The Account Manager at CVS Health plays a crucial role in managing local client relationships within the Omnicare division. This position is responsible for day-to-day client support, retention, and expansion of existing business, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the enterprise. The Account Manager will build strong client relationships, conduct regular meetings, and address client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage local client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Attend client meetings within Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities as needed.
  • Conduct regular proactive client meetings to establish strong connectivity with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver quarterly Executive Reviews to facility leadership to review business deliverables and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with internal partners to develop action plans.
  • Manage routine client support activities and resolve client issues and requests.
  • Partner with Key Account team to deliver initiatives at the facility level for National and Regional accounts.
  • Assess client needs and present Omnicare value propositions for new products and services.
  • Manage facility expectations of contractual covenants.
  • Deliver non-clinical facility training and support new program implementation.
  • Assist District Manager with contract renewals within assigned book of business.
  • Oversee onboarding activities for new facilities, including training and information collection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; will consider comparable work experience.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
