The Account Manager / Outside Sales position is pivotal in building, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships to enhance sales, gross profit margin, and overall profitability. This role requires effective and efficient utilization of time, equipment, materials, or personnel within a small group. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales to existing customers within the assigned territory, analyzing customer needs for additional sales opportunities, and developing and executing sales plans and goals aimed at increasing sales, profits, and market share while minimizing expenses. Additionally, the role involves identifying and establishing new accounts and maintaining and upgrading selling skills and technical/product knowledge for all TruckPro products, services, and processes.
