The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the plants that service customers in their assigned territory, ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently. The position may require the Account Manager to solicit requests for quotes and interface with plants to identify lost and new customer opportunities. Additionally, the role includes completing and updating sales-related paperwork and reporting systems, as well as performing other duties as assigned.
