About the position

The Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative at Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Minden serves as the primary contact between the company and its customers. This role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned sales territory. The position involves local work, including ordering and stocking non-alcoholic beverages in customer stores, while enhancing the company's image and product visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
• Engage with customers daily to develop campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty.
• Establish relationships with key contacts at customer outlets.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and company assets at points of sale.
• Ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards.
• Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements, as well as promotional programs.
• Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
• Stay informed about competitive activities.
• Complete additional assignments as defined by management.
• Ensure that out-of-date or damaged products are removed from the sales floor.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Safe driving skills and a clean driving record.
