We are a branch of Driven Brands, a national automotive franchise group. 1-800-Radiator & AC of Minnesota is a locally owned franchise selling aftermarket auto parts to repair shops, dealerships, and part stores in our territory. You will manage hundreds of accounts, visiting 25+ every day to reinforce that message, and ensure they understand how we can help them. This sales role plays an integral part in increasing sales and growing the business. Nothing we do is complicated, but simple doesn't mean easy. Responsibilities

  • Conduct face to face visits with existing and potential customers
  • Explain what we can do better than other suppliers
  • Figure out what may prevent them from growing their business with us
  • Fast paced 25 plus visits per day
  • Assisting customers with questions about products, pricing and service
  • Working with our logistics team to improve service
  • Warranty resolution and problem solving
  • Being awesome at being you since you live to serve the customer

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year outside sales experience required
  • High energy and motivation a must
  • Clean driving record needed
  • Ability to move quickly in and out of vehicle and around customer's shops
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
