About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, specifically in the northern US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Industrial Motion Controls sales and account management, along with effective negotiation skills in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through warm & cold calling and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide ongoing account management support to ensure client needs are met promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial robotic systems or related fields.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
