About the position

The Account Manager - Outside Sales at TruckPro is responsible for promoting and selling heavy-duty truck parts within a designated territory. This role focuses on maintaining and increasing sales to existing customers while also identifying and establishing new accounts. The position requires a strong understanding of the products and services offered by TruckPro, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase sales to existing customers in assigned territory.
  • Identify and establish new accounts.
  • Maintain and grow strategic accounts at the local level.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and goals.
  • Maintain and upgrade selling skills and technical/product knowledge for all TruckPro products, services, and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales or account management.
  • Knowledge/experience with heavy-duty truck parts.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Understanding and utilization of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
