About the position

The Account Manager position at Glass America involves managing outside sales activities and building strong relationships with clients in the auto glass industry. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting financial goals, and expanding the company's book of business through effective account management and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Glass America tools and software to create daily routes and target lists.
  • Track account metrics to meet financial goals and operational objectives.
  • Identify accounts for outside sales activities during the sales cycle.
  • Establish long-lasting relationships to build, develop, and expand the book of business.
  • Build a strong network of contacts for a steady stream of referrals.
  • Immerse in the local community to champion commitment to safety and quality.
  • Deliver world-class customer service every day.
  • Partner with the local Operations Team to execute a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years successfully selling business services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Experience in account management, outside sales, and/or B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of the Auto Glass, Restoration, or Insurance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Problem solver that can work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Construction industries.
