The Account Manager/Outside Sales position at Romeo Computer Company focuses on maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients in the IT support and cybersecurity sectors. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing contract renewals, and driving customer retention and growth through effective communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned contract accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring timely and smooth renewals.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes for new services, product upgrades, or other customer requests.
  • Proactively manage service escalations, working with internal teams to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed about any updates, issues, or new service opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem-solving for clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle service escalations professionally.
  • Experience with contract management and providing quotes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales experience with establishing goals and driving to meet those goals.
  • Industry experience in Technology Industry is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
