Glass America is seeking an Account Manager for Outside Sales in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to WOW every customer and be the best in the auto glass repair and replacement industry. As one of the nation's largest providers, we have been ensuring the safety of vehicles since 1999. The Account Manager will be responsible for utilizing Glass America's tools and software to create effective daily routes and target lists, tracking account metrics to meet financial goals, and identifying key accounts for sales activities. This position requires building long-lasting relationships with clients and establishing a strong network of contacts to generate referrals. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in the local community, championing our commitment to safety and quality while delivering world-class customer service every day. Collaboration with the local Operations Team is essential to ensure a positive customer experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the Account Manager will receive a biweekly auto allowance, a bonus program, and annual performance incentives.
