About the position

The Account Manager at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring product availability, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves ordering products, executing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Order product at accounts on an assigned sales route.
  • Determine product needs and place appropriate orders.
  • Utilize technology for order processing and inventory management.
  • Execute and sell marketing initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build, change, and remove product displays and POS materials.
  • Ensure proper pricing and cleanliness of product spaces.
  • Communicate account activities with customers for timely service.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers and drivers on account needs.
  • Adhere to merchandising and customer service standards.
  • Stock and merchandise products in allocated beverage sections.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience required.
  • Customer service experience in retail or sales preferred.
  • Basic computer application and technology skills required.
  • Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance required.

Nice-to-haves
