About the position

The Account Manager position at AssuredPartners is an entry-level role focused on supporting the Personal Lines department by managing client insurance programs and delivering exceptional risk management solutions. The role requires a licensed professional who can effectively communicate in French and has experience in the Florida personal lines insurance sector. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and emphasizes building strong client relationships while working closely with the sales team and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
• Assist in developing strong business relationships with insurance carrier personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies according to client requests.
• Monitor renewal premium increases for remarketing based on agency retention strategies.
• Leverage technical knowledge to ensure timely receipt of carrier quotes and review for gaps.
• Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training required.
• Property and Casualty License (440, 220, or 2044 required).
• Working knowledge of available personal lines coverages based on business and industry.
• Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in use of Agency Management software or ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
