Responsibilities

• Proactive client account management for assigned customer accounts.
• Processing orders and managing client communications.
• Quoting and consulting on technology specifications.
• Assisting clients in migrating and modernizing their operations.
• Driving client specifications and requirements.
• Conducting site visits to understand client businesses and provide tailored solutions.
• Answering phones, handling walk-ins, and responding to client emails.
• Building and executing a strategic business plan to support team growth.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and/or administrative experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fields.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong multitasking and prioritizing abilities with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and shows initiative and perseverance.
• Interest in mechanical or industry-related fields is recommended.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in a relevant field or 2 years of industry experience.
