About the position

The Account Manager, Programmatic Operations at TelevisaUnivision is a pivotal role within the programmatic operations team, focusing on driving revenue through partnerships with platform partners. This position requires collaboration with product management, yield teams, and sales to enhance the programmatic business, leveraging innovative solutions across various media formats including Audio, CTV/OTT, display, video, and native advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day with named SSP and DSP partners delivering strong relationships and business results.
• Work closely with platform partners to understand latest tools and products.
• Create external technical and support documentation across all platforms.
• Support troubleshooting of monetization and campaign delivery issues such as under pacing, reporting discrepancies, ad architecture, and technical issues.
• Use deep analytical and technical skills to define innovative solutions to complex programmatic business problems.
• Analyze partner performance and provide recommendations on improvement.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including SSP, DSP, GAM, and ad operations.
• Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language.
• Ability to identify issues and opportunities to develop strong plans of action.
• Strong track record of analytical and technical problem solving.
• Ability to analyze programmatic bid data and identify sources of bid activity issues.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role and account management.
• Ability to accomplish goals while working across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of openRTB specs and VAST, VPAID is a plus.
