• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 1-2 years of customer care and/or sales experience
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Enthusiasm and belief in the role of insurance and financial products in people's lives.
