Responsibilities

  • Assist Branch Manager with sales and recruiting; cold calling and using marketing tools
  • Assist applicants with the onboarding process
  • Collect hours from external employees and verify with customers to ensure accurate payouts
  • Monitor, resolve or direct complaints, issues or injuries
  • Answer incoming calls and return phone messages
  • Send routine information by phone, text or email
  • Enter information into the database
  • Perform office support tasks
  • Establish and maintain positive work-appropriate relationships

Requirements

  • General knowledge of technology
  • Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Office preferred
  • Typing with accuracy and proficiency
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with sales preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
