The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client requests, monitoring project statuses, and collaborating with project managers to enhance communication and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality working relationships with team members and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding new tasks and project statuses.
• Monitor end results and work towards improving them.
• Receive work requests from clients and gather necessary details.
• Respond to client communications promptly and create follow-up tasks.
• Check in with project managers on key tasks nearing deadlines.
• Notify clients of completed tasks and provide links or attachments as needed.
• Analyze monthly reports and communicate findings to specialists.
• Proactively check in with clients about new initiatives or shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with project managers to improve communication and task management.

Requirements
