Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Drive sales growth within assigned territories.
• Utilize inside sales support to maximize selling time.
• Manage expense accounts effectively to foster customer relationships after hours.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of UFP's product lines and organizational culture.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred manufacturing background, but not required.
• Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP's organization, culture, and product lines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or account management in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with building and home products.
