About the position

The Account Manager for Retail SMB Business Sales at Verizon is responsible for managing customer experiences for small and medium business clients. This role involves demonstrating the value of Verizon's products and services, driving business results through effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Interact with small and medium business customers in-store and through customer visits.
  • Demonstrate the value of Verizon's products and services to clients.
  • Drive small business results through coaching Sales Representatives.
  • Acquire and retain accounts within the consumer small business segment.
  • Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct outbound calling and customer visits to generate new business.
  • Complete contracts and report on sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience in customer service, marketing, or sales.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
