About the position

The Account Manager for Sales Operations at Electrolux Group is responsible for managing relationships with various customers, including National Accounts and Independent Retail partners. The primary goal of this role is to maximize the sales price of returned and damaged products to minimize financial losses for the company. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with National Accounts, Independent Retail, and Distribution partners.
  • Execute communication with all Electrolux RDC's, coordinating the return of products and creating loads for resale.
  • Monitor and understand the reasons behind product returns and collaborate with other functions to identify solutions to reduce return volume.
  • Maintain weekly inventory levels across all RDC's while facilitating sales of products with customers in each market aligned to the RDC.
  • Work collaboratively with supply chain and product line to provide insights around damage trends at a product level.
  • Track performance against specific financial and volume objectives.
  • Create and maintain additional reporting for the sales channel.
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained on internal files and consumer-facing implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Solid financial analysis aptitude
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good basic knowledge of product development processes, advertising, marketing, and sales
  • Proven competency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines, and multi-tasking
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
