Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new business development.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and how they meet client needs.
• Lead presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or a related field is required.
• Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Experience in technical sales is a plus, particularly in understanding complex products or services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
