About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture new client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct warm and cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business development.
  • Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on account status.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and applications.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations for clients as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Experience in exterior signage sales or outdoor advertisement is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • A proactive approach to business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
