Bold Media, Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Manager / Sales Specialist to join their team in Livonia, MI. This hybrid role combines account management and sales responsibilities, focusing on delivering exceptional client service while driving new business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and excellent client relationship skills, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing questions.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement with Bold Media.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and presenting Bold Media's service offerings.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals to prospective clients, outlining solutions tailored to their marketing needs.
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell additional services to current clients by assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to suggest improvements and demonstrate the value of Bold Media's services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitive insights to provide relevant recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and web development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present Bold Media's services effectively to clients.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
