About the position

The Account Manager for Single Family, Electrical Residential Products at ABB is responsible for developing and managing account strategies aimed at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating sales activities, monitoring projects, and resolving customer issues while focusing on the growth of residential product lines in Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions.
  • Understanding key business drivers and translating them into impacts and opportunities for ABB.
  • Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account.
  • Defining sales targets and monitoring competitors' activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience in the residential space.
  • Established relationships with electrical contractors and channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • Experience with sales CRM or Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment.
