Responsibilities

  • Own a book of Small Business accounts and renew existing customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing customers.
  • Articulate the vision of Hover with executives within Home Improvement Organizations.
  • Manage a large number of customers and opportunities while maintaining high service levels.
  • Lead by example by living company values and hitting targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technology B2B sales, account management or business development.
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling solutions into an existing book of business and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with maintaining high customer retention through ongoing value-delivery and effective renewal negotiations.
  • Passion for building strong relationships with customers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Multi-faceted sales approach including collaborative selling with other internal and external partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • 25% travel required.
