The Sales and Recruiting Professional at Kforce is responsible for delivering strategic and cost-effective solutions to meet clients' business needs. This role emphasizes building genuine relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and providing expert guidance in the technology and finance & accounting sectors. The position involves significant client interaction, networking, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment, supported by comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve clients' business needs.
  • Develop and foster genuine in-person relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to understand their vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
  • Deliver engaging in-person presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
  • Develop and maintain a network, track market trends, and lead effective strategies.
  • Create and execute sales strategies for existing customers and new business.
  • Partner with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs.
  • Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales-related experience.
  • Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
  • Enjoyment of attending networking events and driving client interaction.
  • Interest in a challenging yet rewarding environment that combines competition and culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, driven environment.
  • Undeniable work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
