Responsibilities

- Provide quotes and manage accounts for All Battery Centers.
- Prospect and sell to new accounts while servicing commercial account battery needs.
- Make telesales calls daily, achieving over 220 minutes on the phone.
- Complete paperwork including adding and running numbers and reports.
- Enter orders and track orders and dollar amounts of orders.
- Strategize with store managers to reach sales goals.
- Utilize 'Hot Buttons' to enhance customer relationships.
- Run cash accounts and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and staff.
Requirements
- Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with various personalities.
- Sales skills or the ability to develop them.
- Computer and typing experience is very helpful.
- Common sense and a positive attitude.
- Dependability and ability to articulate clearly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of prior telesales experience is highly desired.
