Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and manage accounts for All Battery Centers.
  • Prospect and sell to new accounts while servicing commercial account battery needs.
  • Make telesales calls daily, achieving over 220 minutes on the phone.
  • Complete paperwork including adding and running numbers and reports.
  • Enter orders and track orders and dollar amounts of orders.
  • Strategize with store managers to reach sales goals.
  • Utilize 'Hot Buttons' to enhance customer relationships.
  • Run cash accounts and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with various personalities.
  • Sales skills or the ability to develop them.
  • Computer and typing experience is very helpful.
  • Common sense and a positive attitude.
  • Dependability and ability to articulate clearly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of prior telesales experience is highly desired.

  • Familiarity with battery products and services.
