About the position

The Account Manager at Towne Park is responsible for overseeing a Tier 1 or 2 account, focusing on financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. This role involves managing business metrics, human resources, service delivery, and client relations to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Improve financial performance and profitability of the account.
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates.
  • Engage in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best candidates.
  • Foster an environment that retains talented associates and responds to feedback.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching for direct reports.
  • Ensure consistent guest/patient service experience across all shifts.
  • Develop relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Utilize Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various technology applications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
