About the position

The Account Manager at Circle TPR Holdings is responsible for managing client relationships within the tradeshow industry. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. The Account Manager will oversee various aspects of account management, from onboarding new clients to facilitating project meetings and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and communicate directly with clients.
  • Work with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Manage/facilitate project kick-outs, pre-ships, and install meetings.
  • Manage final closing & generate final invoices for review.
  • Maintain and update all internal processes, schedules, and communications.
  • Schedule and manage account, design, and production meetings.
  • Direct/manage show service requirements with Site Services Manager.
  • Some travel is required for on-site support including supervision of installation/dismantle and third-party vendors and meeting all client needs.
  • Participate as a team player in providing overall value to the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in the tradeshow industry.
  • Proficiency in taking a project through the workflow life cycle from opening to production to closing.
  • Ability to assume responsibility for the completion of projects in the absence of direct supervision.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and pro-actively determine solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbal & written).
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to work flexible hours under extreme pressure and deadlines.
